RETURNS & EXCHANGE

Exchanging a GEOX Merchandise bought from gxrjo.com is very easy.

Visit any GEOX SHOP across AMMAN/JORDAN with your online receipt & You can exchange the size or color of your Merchandise.

Gxrjo.com offers customers 10 days to exchange non-sale items from the date of delivery. For sale items, exchanges are accepted within 5 days of the delivery date. Unfortunately, we are unable to process exchange requests submitted after the applicable exchange period has expired.

You can visit any of our GEOX shop to exchange your Merchandise & to be eligible for an exchange at GEOX shops: 1-Merchandise must be presented with original Online receipt. 2-Merchandise must be in a salable condition, in original state, in original packaging.

• Merchandise purchased from gxrjo.com might be subject to VAT or any other applicable taxes in Jordan.
• The customer bears full shipping costs.
• Prices may change at any time. However, the changes shall not affect the orders for which we have sent an Order Confirmation.
• If there is a manufacturing defect in the Merchandise, the customer is exempted from the cost of shipping the exchanged item.
• If the received Merchandise is not the one required, it will be exchanged without charging the customer the shipping costs.

RULES AND CONDITIONS

• We do not have an inspection service upon receipt, but we offer exchange when needed
• We do not have a PICK-UP service from the branch, only delivery.
• The product must be in the same condition upon receipt (not used) and has the trademark label.
• The product must be delivered to one of our branches within 10 days from the date of receiving the order.

REFUND POLICY

• WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON ANY ITEMS! ONLY EXCHANGES ON PURCHASED MERCHANDISE AT GEOX SHOP AMMAN/JORDAN.
